Return Policy for Rentals
You must return the items in clean, undamaged and perfect working conditions. (Normal wear and tears or small scratches are acceptable.) You must also include:
- All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remotes
- Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
- All items included in a bundle
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: Garbage Disposals, Outdoor Grills
Use of the Rental Products.
You agree to treat the Rental Products with great care, as if it was borrowed from Your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Rental Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. If You return a Rental Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then You agree that we shall charge You, and You shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the Rental Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Rental Product. You agree to be responsible for all damages due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, negligence, unauthorized modification or alteration, use beyond rated capacity, unsuitable environmental conditions, improper installation, repair, handling, maintenance or application done during your possession.
Return Policy for Purchases
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
