Return Policy for Rentals
You must return the items in clean, undamaged and perfect working conditions. (Normal wear and tears or small scratches are acceptable.) within 90 days of delivery. You must also include:
- All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remotes
- Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
- All items included in a bundle
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Use of the Rental Products.
You agree to treat the Rental Products with great care, as if it was borrowed from Your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Rental Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. If You return a Rental Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then You agree that the seller charge You, and You shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the Rental Product, as determined in seller discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Rental Product. You agree to be responsible for all damages due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, negligence, unauthorized modification or alteration, use beyond rated capacity, unsuitable environmental conditions, improper installation, repair, handling, maintenance or application done during your possession.
Return Policy for Purchases
If the item you received arrived damaged, does not match the listing description, or if it is the wrong item, you can return it even if the seller`s returns policy says they do not accept returns.
If you no longer want an item, you will be able to see in the listing if the seller offers returns, how long you have to request a return, and any other conditions.
Please make sure to read the seller`s return policy in the listing by clicking on "Payments & Returns" tab.
Once you start a return, the seller has 5 business days to resolve your issue. If your problem is not solved at the end of those 5 days, you can ask us to step in and help.
